At The Vitamin Shop, we want you to love your new look; however, if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
